All activities of Animus Association are governed and coordinated by two executive directors, Maria Tchomarova and Nadejda Stoytcheva.

In the Centre for Rehabilitation 9 clinical psychologists and psychotherapists, and 2 clinical social workers are involved full time; there are also contracted 6 counselors and social workers, and 9 supervisors; over 35 volunteers (medical doctors, social workers, and students in psychology and social) work help there too.

Eleven trainers, also specialists in the Centre, work in the Training Unit.

A team of 6 administrators assists the activities of the Association.

The board of Directors consists of 5 established in Bulgarian society professionalists who have wholeheartedly supported Animus Association from its very beginning.
