announces a call for external selection for the position: Supervisor

Required documentation:

1. Application Letter;
2. Copy of the certificate for university education and documents verifying the necessary qualifications;
3. CV.

The successful profile:

1. University degree;
2. Experience of at least 15 (fifteen) years in direct clinical and psychotherapeutic work with patients;
3. Experience of at least 5 (five) years in the field of supervision (individual, group).

We will consider an advantage:

1. A certificate for psychoanalytical practice; letter-certificatory for qualifications in the psychodynamic paradigm;
2. Applicants registered in the INTERNATIONAL PSYCHOANALYTICAL ASSOCIATION register. Please, provide the rooster in which you are registered.

Main Responsibilities:

1. To build and maintain the standards and the quality of the psychotherapeutic and psychosocial programs for children, giving priority to the psychoanalytic paradigm;
2. To support the training and the professional development of psychotherapists and consultants;
3. To provide emotional support and prevent burn-out.

The selection process will take place in two stages:

1. Preliminary selection according to submitted documents. Only applicants meeting the main requirements for the position will be considered.
2. Short-listed applicants will be invited for an interview.
